Waiting

This has been a year of waiting, and we continue to wait for an offer today.  The peeps are currently writing an offer.  Our realtor is trying desperately to bring them to a fair offer.  I'm hopeful it will be something we can afford.  So we wait longer--hopefully we will have an offer by tonight, and hopefully it will be one we can accept.
