Stop. Nike time!

I thought it was really funny that we all have a pair of Nikes, so I had to line em up and take a picture.

Scott got his 2 weeks ago while we were in St. Louis for crosstraining.  He liked the Nikes over Adidas and Under Armour.  Two days later he tore his ACL.  Lots of use so far, obviously. When C saw Scott's he said--match, daddy.  He was very excited.   I got my cross trainers last week--total coincidence they are Nikes, too.  I tried on like 5 brands.  I've used them almost every day.  Colin has had his since last Christmas (thanks to Gma and Gpa), and he finally grew into them this summer.  He's sad mine don't match, but it's funny that they are all Nikes.

I never realized how different cross trainers are from runnning shoes--I love them.  I use them for all work outs except running and riding my bike (bike shoes).  I had always had to use my running shoes (often times my older pair) for working out, but I exclusively wear my running shoes for running.  It makes a big difference.  I love the cross trainers' wide base for jumping exercises.  You have so much more balance for lunges and squats as well.  Very happy w/my purchase.
