No longer a baby

We turned C's crib into the toddler bed tonight.  He's so excited.  I don't think he really understood when we would ask him if he was ready.  Today though, he made himself a pallet on his bedroom floor, and chose to take his nap there.  He was still on his pallet when I went to get him, so he understood what the big boy bed would allow him--freedom to get up and down at will.  He was really cute when he saw what it all meant.  Hoping it goes well.  I'm sure we'll find him in some odd positions sleeping.  Unfortunately his bedroom door sticks really bad, so we can't sneak in and check on him.
