I had a sudden onset of mastitis on Wednesday night. I'm really struggling to get through it and hope I don't end up with an abscess. If I do, breastfeeding may have to end. It seems it's one thing after another.
My friend, Alisha, recommended the Happiest Baby on the Block, we checked the DVD and book out from the library, tried it, and Colin only woke up once during the night last night, and slept until 7:30 this morning (4 hours after his last feeding). I didn't sleep still b/c of my pain, and I couldn't shut off my brain, but it was amazing.

Congrats on the birth of Colin! He's very cute!!! I'm also sorry breastfeeding has been rough...I hope it improves! Good luck finding childcare! I'm sure you'll find someone you trust. Enjoy your time with him while he's tiny! They change so fast!
