Absolute sadness

My heart is broken. Our dear friends Josh and Deb's little boy Noah passed away yesterday. Today would have been his 1st birthday. 364 days is what they had with their sweet little boy, and now he has joined God in heaven. I can't imagine their grief. I have been crying off and on for the last 15 hours since we heard, and I can't imagine the loss they are feeling. I am amazed by their strength through all of this. It reminds me that we are helpless without God. It reminds me to be thankful for each day, and to enjoy every day with Colin even when it doesn't feel like a good day.
