Hmmm...possibility

We have a renter--if things don't fall through (we are so gun shy now).  She wants to rent for 5 months w/an option to buy at a locked in guaranteed price at the end of that time (notifying us in 3.5 months).  This is a huge blessing. She's not being difficult and has asked to be locked in at a fair price.  We are relieved.  This is a huge burden lifted, and if she buys it...even better.
