We have been waiting on a certain couple to make an offer on our house for over a week. Our realtor contacted us this morning, and we still have to wait. This couple is expecting an inheritance, and it's slower to be finalized than they expected. They don't want to make an offer until they find out what it will be (understandable). This is so frustrating. Scott and I just want to be done with this. We can't understand why our house has been on the market for almost a year. We need it to sell--as in last Christmas.
So for now, all we can do is wait.
