Second Showing

Tonight we have a second showing. PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSSSE pray that these people want to buy our house.  This would be amazing.  It would be really amazing in spite of the annoying small leak in our basement (which is currently leaking, so they should be able to see it).  We have had this leak worked on 4 times.  We keep thinking we have it fixed, but it's very persistent, and very small.
